Lifestyle photoshoot
ABOUT
Lifestyle photoshoots are pretty relaxed. Although there may be some posed pet portraits, most of the time, I ask you to interact with your pet as you usually do while I'm taking pictures.
Participants: not more than 3 including dogs, additional participant + 100 USD. Note that many participants require longer photoshoots.

Please note that prints and studio rent expenses are not included in the packages.
The photos are typically ready within 14 days after you make your selections. However, for larger packages, exact editing timeframe will be discussed individually.

PACKAGES
Acquaintance (Boston only), 550 USD
This package offers a perfect opportunity to get to know my photography style. The structure of the package implies a minimum fixed fee, but if you like the result, you can easily purchase more edited photos after the photoshoot.
The package includes a 45-min. photoshoot and 5 digital images, lifestyle edited (as shown above). If you want more edited images, you can purchase them after the photoshoot at a rate of 55 USD per image.
This package includes all the unedited JPEGs from the photoshoot, free of charge (typically 70-120 pictures).
Street dandy (most popular), 750 USD
This is the most popular family package, perfect for up to 3 participants (including dogs). You'll have a 1-hour photoshoot and receive 10 digital images, lifestyle edited (as shown above). If you want more edited images, you can purchase them after the photoshoot at a rate of 55 USD per image.
This package includes all the unedited JPEGs from the photoshoot, free of charge (typically 100-150 pictures).
King/Queen of the park (more images, multiple locations),1200 USD
This type of photoshoot is ideal for pet owners who want more variety in their pictures and need extra time to visit multiple spots during the photoshoot.
You'll get a 2-hour photoshoot and receive 20 digital images, lifestyle edited (as shown above). If you desire even more edited images, you can purchase them after the photoshoot for a special price of 35 USD per image.
This package includes all the unedited JPEGs from the photoshoot, free of charge (typically 150-300 pictures).
PREPAYMENT
30% prepayment is required at the time of booking. I accept prepayments via PayPal or Zelle (for US customers). The rest can be paid either in cash or via PayPal/Zelle at the end of the photoshoot. PayPal service charges may apply and are not included.
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
10% OFF for the 2nd and further photoshoots
5% OFF on your dog's birthday (if you provide veterinary documents with the clear b-day date)
5% OFF if you are ready to sign a model release which allows me to sell pictures with people images (e.g., you and your family) on photo stocks

Confidentiality
In general, photos from the photoshoot can be:

published on my social media and on my website

used for various photo competitions like 35 awards, Dog photography awards, Pet photographer of the year, etc.
Suppose you want a strictly confidential photoshoot, the fee increases by 30%. Tell me before the photoshoot that you want it to be strictly confidential and your pictures won't be published anywhere.
Date changes
Any photoshoot can be moved to another date only once. It may take place if you tell me about it at least 24 hours prior to the photoshoot.
In extremely rare circumstances when you feel unwell and suffer from COVID-like symptoms, you can request the change less than 24 hours prior to the photoshoot. Please do not come to a photoshoot if you experience flu symptoms, even if the COVID test is negative. Date change is completely free, and there is no need to risk your and others' health.
Digital image licensing
Photo Downloads may be included as part of the initial service purchased from Evgeniya Tuzova. Evgeniya Tuzova grants buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions: This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the Evgeniya Tuzova. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided 'as is.'
Neither Evgeniya Tuzova nor Evgeniya Tuzova’s vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.
What you can do:
• Display on personal websites, social media and computers
• Making image prints for personal use only
What you may not do:
• Use the media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or use The Media in advertising
• Use The Media in a illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner
• Incorporate The Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
Evgeniya Tuzova retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.
Refunds
Advance is non-refundable. If you want a refund after some edit has already been done, the amount refundable will be calculated based on the cost of each type of edit performed and the number of pictures edited minus 30% total photoshoot fee. The cost of editing is 55 USD per image.
