Creative photoshoots
ABOUT
Creative photoshoots are for those who are looking for unique pictures of their pets that no one else has. Most of the pictures cannot be captured as-is; I use Photoshop to add some non-existent elements to make those pictures flourish. Each creative photoshoot has its main theme, which we discuss during the setup call. It can be anything from Dracula to Harry Potter, and you're welcome to suggest your own ideas, or I can propose something to you.
Participants: not more than 3 including dogs, additional participant + 100 USD. Note that many participants require longer photoshoots.

Please note that prints, studio rent expenses and cost of props are not included in the packages.
The photos are typically ready within 14 days.
PACKAGES
Creative portrait (Boston only), 390 USD
This package offers a perfect opportunity to become familiar with my photography style and is an excellent choice if you have a single specific idea to bring to life.
The package comprises a 1-1.5-hour photoshoot and one creative digital image ready for printing. Additionally, I can supply all the unedited camera images free of charge if needed.
If you fancy more than one edited image, you can choose as many as you like after the photo session, with each additional creative edit priced at 100 USD. Please note that this package includes one sketch and one idea. For a broader variety of photos, please explore the packages listed below.
Little fairy, 850 USD
This package includes 3 creatively styled images, each with its unique idea and sketch. The package consists of a 1.5-2-hour photoshoot and 3 creative digital images ready for printing. Additionally, I can provide all the unedited camera images free of charge if needed.
If you fancy more than one edited image, you can choose as many as you like after the photo session, with each additional creative edit priced at 100 USD.
Magical princess/prince, 1350 USD
This package includes 5 creatively styled images, each with its unique idea and sketch. The package consists of a 2-2.5 hour photoshoot and 5 creative digital images ready for printing. Additionally, I can provide all the unedited camera images free of charge if needed.
If you fancy more than one edited image, you can choose as many as you like after the photo session, with each additional creative edit priced at 100 USD.
Please note that photoshoots may be prolonged if necessary to ensure we capture the specific pictures we are aiming for. In such cases, the extension is free of charge.
PREPAYMENT
A 30% prepayment is required at the time of booking, I accept prepayments via PayPal or Zelle (for US customers). The rest can be paid either in cash or via PayPal/Zelle at the end of the photoshoot. PayPal service charges may apply and are not included.
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
10% OFF for the 2nd and further photoshoots
5% OFF on your dog's birthday (if you provide veterinary documents with the clear b-day date)

Confidentiality
In general, photos from the photoshoot can be:

published on my social media and on my website

used for various photo competitions like 35 awards, Dog photography awards, Pet photographer of the year, etc.
Suppose you want a strictly confidential photoshoot, the fee increases by 30%. Tell me before the photoshoot that you want it to be strictly confidential and your pictures won't be published anywhere.
Date changes
Any photoshoot can be moved to another date only once. It may take place if you tell me about it at least 24 hours prior to the photoshoot.
In extremely rare circumstances when you feel unwell and suffer from COVID-like symptoms, you can request the change less than 24 hours prior to the photoshoot. Please do not come to a photoshoot if you experience flu symptoms, even if the COVID test is negative. Date change is completely free, and there is no need to risk your and others' health.
Digital image licensing
Photo Downloads may be included as part of the initial service purchased from Evgeniya Tuzova. Evgeniya Tuzova grants buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions: This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media. Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with the Evgeniya Tuzova. There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided 'as is.'
Neither Evgeniya Tuzova nor Evgeniya Tuzova’s vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or buyer's use of the Media.
What you can do:
• Display on personal websites, social media and computers
• Making image prints for personal use only
What you may not do:
• Use the media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration or use The Media in advertising
• Use The Media in a illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner
• Incorporate The Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
Evgeniya Tuzova retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the Media.
Refunds
The advance payment is non-refundable. If you request a refund after some work has already been completed, the refundable amount will be calculated as follows:
• If only a setup call has occurred and no further work has been done, you will be eligible for a 70% refund.
• If sketches and a moodboard are in process, a 60% refund will be available.
• If sketches and a moodboard are ready, a 50% refund will be available.
• If the photoshoot has been completed but no editing has been performed yet, you can receive a 30% refund.
• If some editing has been performed but is not yet completed, a 10% refund will be applicable.
• Once the editing is completed, no refund will be issued
